I found it to be a very helpful guide. I have, however, already researched the subject of ADHD fairly in-depth, so a lot of it was a review, for me. Nevertheless, I did find the section about time management to be very useful, in particular, as it mentioned a number of apps that you can use that help to manage and organize your time. Lots of good info in this book, in general. I would recommend this book to anyone with ADHD, especially if it is their first book on the subject.
